Ingredients:

  • Egg - 100 g (2 pcs)
  • Cream cheese - 35 g
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Bell pepper - 70 g
  • Avocado - 125 g
  • Dill - 20 g (4 tbsp)

How to make:

  1. Cut avocado in halves, with a spoon make a hole big enough for the egg, mix the egg with cream cheese
  2. Season with salt and pepper
  3. Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Bake for 20 minutes
  4. Slice sweet bell peppers and top with the rest of avocado
  5. When the avodado boats and bell peppers are ready serve them with the dill over the top
