Ingredients:
- Egg - 100 g (2 pcs)
- Cream cheese - 35 g
- Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Bell pepper - 70 g
- Avocado - 125 g
- Dill - 20 g (4 tbsp)
How to make:
- Cut avocado in halves, with a spoon make a hole big enough for the egg, mix the egg with cream cheese
- Season with salt and pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Bake for 20 minutes
- Slice sweet bell peppers and top with the rest of avocado
- When the avodado boats and bell peppers are ready serve them with the dill over the top
