Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Lemon juice - 30 ml (2 tbsp)
  • Brussels sprout - 150 g
  • Cauliflower - 100 g
  • Green olive, pitted - 90 g
  • Fresh greens - 20 g (1 cup)
  • Fish seasoning - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • White fish, cooked - 250 g

How to make:

  1. Heat up the oven to 356-392 F
  2. Prepare fish: marinate in spices, herbs, lemon juice, lay on a baking sheet
  3. Mix brussels sprouts with cauliflower, wash, lay on a baking sheet near fish sprinkling with olive oil, add greens and olives, bake for 20 minutes
  4. Sprinkle with lemon juice when serving
