Ingredients:
- Egg - 50 g (1 pcs)
- Banana - 100 g (1 whole)
- Poppy seed - 10 g (1 tbsp)
- Apricot, dried - 10 g (3 pcs)
- Vanilla - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Blueberry - 50 g (0.3 cup)
- Rolled oats - 130 g (1.6 cup)
- Yogurt 2.5%, sugar-free - 100 ml (0.4 cup)
- Cottage cheese 5% - 50 g (0.25 cup)
How to make:
- Preheat the oven to 360 °F. Mix cottage cheese with an egg and poppy seeds. Mash the banana with a fork and add to the cottage cheese
- Grind rolled oats into powder using a blender, add the resulting curd mixture. Mix everything, pour into a mold. Bake for 20-25 minutes
- Serve the casserole, drizzled with yogurt and berries
