Ingredients:
- Apple - 100 g (0.5 whole)
- Banana - 100 g (1 whole)
- Cinnamon - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Greek yogurt, fat-free - 50 ml (0.2 cup)
- Rolled oats - 30 g
- Mixed nuts - 20 g
- Water, cold - 50 ml (0.2 cup)
- Sultanas - 10 g (1 tbsp)
How to make:
- Grate the apple into a bowl and add the oats, roughly chopped nuts and cinnamon. Stir in the yoghurt and the water and leave covered in the fridge for at least half an hour, preferably overnight
- Serve the muesli with sliced banana and sultanas on top
