Ingredients:

  • Egg - 100 g (2 pcs)
  • Coconut cream - 10 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Water - 150 ml (0.6 cup)
  • Coconut oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Banana - 100 g (1 whole)
  • Buckwheat flour - 90 g (0.8 cup)
  • Vanilla - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Blueberry - 150 g (1 cup)
  • Coconut flakes - 15 g (3 tbsp)

How to make:

  1. Beat coconut flakes, banana, eggs, flour and water in a blender
  2. To fry pancakes, grease the pan with a thin layer of oil and pour a thin layer of dough
  3. For topping, beat blueberries and the coconut cream, cover pancakes before serving
