Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 12 ml (2.5 tsp)
- Tomato - 280 g (2 whole)
- Fresh basil, chopped - 3 g (5 leaves)
- Salt and black pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Rye crispbread - 30 g (3 slice)
How to make:
- Chop the tomatoes into small pieces, and mix with the finely chopped fresh basil
- Add a pinch of salt and pepper
- Spoon the tomatoes on top of the rye crispbreads and drizzle over the olive oil
