  • Mozzarella - 120 g
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Tomato - 100 g
  • Pine nut - 15 g
  • Basil - 10 g

How to make:

  1. Layer alternating slices of tomatoes and mozzarella, adding a basil leaf between each, on a large, shallow platter
