- Olive oil - 30 ml (2 tbsp)
- Mozzarella - 120 g
- Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Tomato - 100 g
- Pine nut - 15 g
- Basil - 10 g
How to make:
- Layer alternating slices of tomatoes and mozzarella, adding a basil leaf between each, on a large, shallow platter
- Drizzle the salad with extra-virgin olive oil, add pine nuts, season with salt and pepper, to taste
