Ingredients:
- Onion - 50 g (0.5 whole)
- Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Tomato - 150 g (2 whole)
- Carrot - 50 g (0.5 whole)
- Green onion - 20 g (2 pcs)
- Ginger - 2 g (1 tsp)
- Chicken thigh, boneless - 200 g (2 pcs)
- Sesame oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Noodle - 20 g (0.3 cup)
How to make:
- Chop the chicken into small pieces and boil
- Meanwhile, clean the onions, carrots and ginger to prepare the broth
- Heat a dry pan and simmer chopped onions with carrots under a cover
- When ready, add the mixture to the boiled broth with ginger. Cook for about 30-40 minutes
- Peel the remaining ginger and the garlic, and finely chop with a knife. Warm up oil in a pan, add spices and chopped tomatoes. Simmer for 2-3 minutes
- Add stewed tomatoes and noodles to the boiled chicken. Cook all the ingredients together for a couple of minutes
- When serving, sprinkle your dish with herbs
