Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
- Zucchini - 360 g
- Lemon juice - 10 ml (2 tsp)
- Water - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
- Onion - 50 g (0.5 whole)
- Coconut oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
- Radish - 80 g (16 pcs)
- Chinese cabbage - 120 g
- Deli chicken pieces - 200 g
How to make:
- Shred the cabbage, slice the onion, dice the zucchini and stir-fry for 5 minutes over a medium heat with 1 tbsp of coconut oil and 1 tbsp water
- Cut the cooked chicken into pieces and add it to the frying pan with the vegetables and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes
- Slice the radishes in quarters and serve with the chicken and vegetable stir-fry
