Ingredients:
- Parsley - 50 g
- Butter - 15 g
- Onion - 20 g
- Curry powder - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Peanut butter - 15 g (1 tbsp)
- Broccoli - 130 g
- Chicken fillet - 115 g
- Coconut cream 24% - 50 ml
How to make:
- Place Dutch oven on low heat, melt the butter, add spices
- Add sliced onion and cook for 1-2 minutes
