Ingredients:
- Spinach - 30 g
- Olive oil - 20 ml (4 tsp)
- Cream cheese - 60 g
- Cucumber - 100 g
- Pesto sauce - 10 ml (2 tsp)
- Chicken fillet - 170 g
How to make:
- Tenderize the meat, season with salt and pepper. Spread cream cheese on chicken, fold and fix with toothpicks making a pocket. Preheat oven to 390 °F (200 °C) and bake for 20 minutes
- When serving - take out the toothpicks. Top the chicken with pesto sauce. Serve with spinach, sliced cucumber sprinkled with oil
