Ingredients:

  • Cream cheese - 60 g
  • Cucumber - 100 g (1 whole)
  • Pesto sauce - 20 g
  • Avocado oil - 20 ml (1.2 tbsp)
  • Greens - 30 g (1 cup)
  • Chicken thigh, boneless and skinless - 170 g

How to make:

  1. Tenderize the meat, season with salt and pepper. Spread cream cheese on chicken, fold and fix with toothpicks making a pocket. Preheat oven to 356 °F and bake for 30 minutes
  2. When serving - take out the toothpicks, top with pesto. Serve with greens, sliced cucumber sprinkled with oil
