Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Lemon juice - 10 ml (2 tsp)
- Garlic clove - 1.5 g (0.5 pcs)
- Cucumber - 150 g (1.5 whole)
- Sesame seeds - 8 g (2 tsp)
- Orange - 160 g
- Mint, chopped - 30 g (2 tbsp)
- Beans, green - 300 g
- Falafel - 170 g
How to make:
- Blanch the green beans in boiling salted water for 3-5 minutes. Drain and leave aside to cool a little
- Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice and minced garlic
- Finely chop the cucumber and mint and mix into the green beans. Drizzle over the lemon dressing, sprinkle with seeds
- Serve the green beans with falafel and an orange for dessert
