Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Lemon juice - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Garlic clove - 1.5 g (0.5 pcs)
  • Cucumber - 150 g (1.5 whole)
  • Sesame seeds - 8 g (2 tsp)
  • Orange - 160 g
  • Mint, chopped - 30 g (2 tbsp)
  • Beans, green - 300 g
  • Falafel - 170 g

How to make:

  1. Blanch the green beans in boiling salted water for 3-5 minutes. Drain and leave aside to cool a little
  2. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice and minced garlic
  3. Finely chop the cucumber and mint and mix into the green beans. Drizzle over the lemon dressing, sprinkle with seeds
  4. Serve the green beans with falafel and an orange for dessert
