Ingredients:

  • Red onion - 30 g (0.3 whole)
  • Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Cherry tomato - 70 g (5 pcs)
  • Lemon juice - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Avocado - 100 g
  • Olive, pitted - 35 g
  • Chicken fillet - 200 g
  • Baby spinach - 50 g

How to make:

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper, grill for 15-20 minutes
  2. Cut avocado into small pieces, smash with a fork, sprinkle with lemon juice, add chopped tomato and red onion
  3. Serve the sauce on top of the grilled chicken with spinach on the side
