Ingredients:

  • Lemon juice - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Tahini - 25 g (1.5 tbsp)
  • Tilapia fillet - 220 g (1 pcs)
  • Broccoli - 100 g (1 cup)
  • Cauliflower - 100 g (1 cup)
  • Whole grain toast - 70 g (2 slice)

How to make:

  1. Pour lemon juice over the fish, add some salt and bake in the oven at 392 °F for 20 minutes
  2. Boil the cabbage for 5-7 minutes until it's al dente and add tahini
  3. Serve the fish with vegetables and toast
