Ingredients:
- Spinach - 15 g (0.5 cup)
- Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Cherry tomato - 100 g (6 pcs)
- Lemon juice - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Garlic clove - 3 g (1 pcs)
- Arugula - 15 g (0.5 cup)
- Soy sauce - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Sweet potato - 180 g (1 whole)
- Ginger, ground - 2 g (0.5 tsp)
- Tuna steak - 220 g (1 pcs)
How to make:
- For the marinade, combine all the ingredients in a bowl and marinate the fish for 15-20 minutes. Fry the steak on each side for 3-4 minutes in a well-heated skillet or grill
- Divide sweet potatoes into wedges and salt to taste. Bake until soft in the oven at 400 °F
