Ingredients:
- Coconut oil - 22 ml (1.5 tbsp)
- Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Cauliflower - 250 g
- Garam masala - 5 g (1 tsp)
- Pumpkin seeds - 10 g (1 tbsp)
- Turkey fillet - 140 g
- Curly kale, sliced - 130 g (2 cup)
How to make:
- Slice the cauliflower into 1 1/2 inch thick steaks
- Crush the pumpkin seeds and combine with garam masala, coconut oil and salt and pepper. Coat the cauliflower steaks with the seed mixture
- Place the steaks on a baking tray next to the turkey strips, drizzle a little water over the tray and roast in a 180 degree oven for 10 minutes, then flip over and roast for a further 10 mintues or until tender
- Steam the curly kale. Serve and enjoy
