Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
- Cherry tomato - 90 g (0.5 cup)
- Lemon juice - 10 ml (2 tsp)
- Parsley, chopped - 30 g (1 cup)
- Cucumber - 30 g (0.3 whole)
- Tofu - 100 g
- Mint, chopped - 15 g (0.5 cup)
- Hemp seeds - 140 g (1 cup)
How to make:
- Finely chop the parsley and mint, crumble the tofu
- Chop the cherry tomatoes and chop or grate the cucumber
- Combine all ingredients, add the dressing and mix well
