Ingredients:

  • Salt - 2 g (0.5 tsp)
  • Butter - 35 g
  • Cream cheese - 90 g
  • Baking powder - 2 g (0.5 tsp)
  • Almond flour - 50 g (0.4 cup)
  • Coconut flour - 40 g (0.3 cup)
  • Egg yolk - 20 g (1 pcs)
  • Garlic powder - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Dill - 10 g (2 tbsp)
  • Turkey ham - 100 g
  • Water, warm - 150 ml (0.6 cup)

How to make:

  1. Mix together all the dry ingredients
  2. Add melted butter, egg yolk and water to the dry mix. Stir with a spatula and let the dough rest for about 10 minutes. You will get a viscous dough, similar to clay
  3. Moisten your hands with water and divide the dough into several parts (you will have a medium size naan) or in 10 parts (mini naan, easier to fry)
  4. Shape the naan and cook in the oiled pan over medium heat. 3-4 minutes on each side
  5. Serve the naan warm
  6. When serving the naan, spread cream cheese over it and sprinkle with dill (if desired, squeeze garlic on it). Put a piece of ham on top
