  • Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
  • Tomato - 65 g (0.5 whole)
  • Avocado - 210 g (1.5 whole)
  • Basil - 1 g (3 leaves)
  • Flax cracker - 40 g

How to make:

  1. Slice the tomato and avocado
  2. Layer the tomato and avocado on the flax cracker
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle some freshly ground black pepper and sea salt and serve
