Ingredients:
- Parsley, chopped - 5 g (1 tbsp)
- Pesto sauce - 45 g (3 tbsp)
- Asparagus - 168 g (16 pcs)
- Tofu, marinated - 300 g
How to make:
- Trim the asparagus and steam until tender
- Put the asparagus on a plate and slice then steam the tofu for 2 minutes or until warmed through
- Add the tofu to the plate, sprinkle with the chopped parsley and spoon the pesto on the plate, then serve
