Ingredients:

  • Parsley, chopped - 5 g (1 tbsp)
  • Pesto sauce - 45 g (3 tbsp)
  • Asparagus - 168 g (16 pcs)
  • Tofu, marinated - 300 g

How to make:

  1. Trim the asparagus and steam until tender
  2. Put the asparagus on a plate and slice then steam the tofu for 2 minutes or until warmed through
  3. Add the tofu to the plate, sprinkle with the chopped parsley and spoon the pesto on the plate, then serve
