Ingredients:
- Egg - 200 g (4 pcs)
- Tomato, chopped - 80 g (0.5 cup)
- Feta cheese - 40 g (0.3 cup)
- Green onion, chopped - 10 g (1 pcs)
How to make:
- Put a skillet on the burner and coat with a little bit of olive oil to coat
- In a mixing bowl, add the eggs, spices, salt and pepper. Quickly and vigorously whisk to combine. Place eggs mixture in skillet
- Once eggs appear almost cooked, place tomato, green onion, and cheese on half the egg. Fold other half of the egg over top inside ingredients and cook until cheese is melted
