Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Apple - 200 g
- Salsa - 120 g (0.5 cup)
- Avocado - 50 g
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 60 g
- Chicken breast, boneless, skinless - 110 g
- Onion, sliced - 50 g (0.5 cup)
- Bell pepper, sliced - 50 g (0.5 cup)
How to make:
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat
- Add olive oil and chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes, then add veggies. Cook for 3-4 more minutes
- Top with cheese and salsa and enjoy
