Ingredients:

  • Egg - 100 g (2 pcs)
  • Banana - 100 g (1 whole)
  • Yogurt - 100 ml (0.4 cup)
  • Cottage cheese - 50 g (0.2 cup)
  • Vanilla - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Blueberry - 50 g (0.3 cup)
  • Rolled oats - 105 g (1.3 cup)

How to make:

  1. Mash the banana with a fork, and add eggs, cottage cheese and vanilla
  2. Grind rolled oats in a blender and add the banana and egg mixture
  3. Fry the mixture in a waffle iron until ready. Pour some yogurt and add blueberries on top before serving
