Ingredients:
- Egg - 100 g (2 pcs)
- Banana - 100 g (1 whole)
- Yogurt - 100 ml (0.4 cup)
- Cottage cheese - 50 g (0.2 cup)
- Vanilla - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Blueberry - 50 g (0.3 cup)
- Rolled oats - 105 g (1.3 cup)
How to make:
- Mash the banana with a fork, and add eggs, cottage cheese and vanilla
- Grind rolled oats in a blender and add the banana and egg mixture
- Fry the mixture in a waffle iron until ready. Pour some yogurt and add blueberries on top before serving
