Ingredients:
- Parmesan cheese - 30 g
- Broccoli - 90 g
- Tomato sauce - 120 g
- Turkey - 160 g
- Pasta - 80 g
How to make:
- Boil 1.5 cup of water. Once water is boiling add pasta and return to a boil. Cook uncovered, stirring often, for about 6-8 minutes or until al dente
- Meanwhile, add turkey to a pa over medium high heat and cook for 7-8 minutes, or until completely brown and crumbly. Mix with sauce and set aside
- In a microwave safe bowl, add broccoli and 3 tbsp of water. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a plate and microwave for 2-3 minutes
- Serve pasta with turkey sauce and broccoli on the side
