Ingredients:

  • Quinoa - 50 g (0.3 cup)
  • Eggplant - 100 g (1.2 cup)
  • Zucchini - 50 g (0.5 cup)
  • Onion - 30 g (0.5 whole)
  • Avocado - 50 g (0.3 whole)
  • Turkey fillet - 150 g (1 pcs)
  • Leafy greens - 20 g (1 cup)

How to make:

  1. Boil the quinoa
