- Quinoa - 100 g (0.6 cup)
- Egg - 100 g (2 pcs)
- Parsley - 10 g (2 tbsp)
- Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Tomato - 100 g (1 whole)
- Pumpkin seeds - 15 g (1.5 tbsp)
- White mushroom - 50 g (0.5 cup)
How to make:
- Boil quinoa, according to the time indicated on the package
- While quinoa is boiling, stew chopped white mushrooms in a pan and boil the egg
- Cut the parsley, add to the boiled groats, add oil, seeds, chopped tomatoes and stewed mushrooms
