Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Carrot, grated - 110 g
  • Hazelnut - 20 g (14 pcs)
  • Lime juice - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Apple cider vinegar - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Black pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Sea salt - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Red cabbage - 150 g
  • Chicken, cooked - 150 g

How to make:

  1. Shred the red cabbage into a bowl, grate the carrot into the same bowl and stir to combine
  2. In a separate bowl combine the dressing ingredients with a pinch of sea salt and some freshly ground black pepper
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and combine well. Roughly chop the hazelnuts and scatter over the salad
  4. Serve the salad with cooked chicken pieces
