Ingredients:
- Salmon, smoked - 90 g
- Lemon juice - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Rye bread - 80 g
- Dill, chopped - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Cucumber, sliced - 110 g (1 cup)
How to make:
- Toast the rye bread and put on a plate. Top the toast with smoked salmon, some sliced cucumbers, a drizzle of lemon juice and a pinch of chopped dill. Serve
