Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Tomato - 135 g
  • Parmesan cheese - 60 g
  • Walnut - 35 g
  • Mustard - 5 g (1 tsp)
  • Lettuce - 50 g
  • Bacon - 100 g

How to make:

  1. Put the bacon in a non-stick frying pan and cook for 10-15 minutes until crispy
  2. Meanwhile, crush the walnuts. Shred the parmesan and set aside
  3. Mix lettuce with mustard and olive oil
  4. Remove the crispy bacon from the pan, let it cool, then cut into cubes
  5. Mix together all the ingredients - the salad is ready
