Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Lemon juice - 30 ml (2 tbsp)
  • Tomato - 100 g
  • Salmon - 60 g
  • Almond - 25 g
  • Walnut - 25 g
  • Avocado - 60 g
  • Lettuce - 70 g

How to make:

  1. Fry salmon in a pan for 5-10 minutes, until a light golden crust. Cut into small pieces and add to the salad
  2. Mix together all the ingredients, add lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt
