Ingredients:
- Egg - 100 g (2 pcs)
- Olive oil - 20 ml
- Cream cheese - 110 g (0.5 cup)
- Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Cauliflower - 100 g
- Egg yolk - 60 g (3 pcs)
- Greens - 20 g
- Turkey ham - 75 g
How to make:
- Heat oil in the pan and cook chopped cauliflower for 1-2 minutes. Add cubed ham
- Whisk eggs, salt, cheese and blend all together. Pour the egg mixture over the cauliflower and cook until eggs are done
- Garnish with greens of your choice, serve
