Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
- Lemon juice - 10 ml (2 tsp)
- Parsley, chopped - 5 g (1 tbsp)
- Chicory - 200 g (2 pcs)
- Fennel - 87 g (1 cup)
- Tofu, smoked - 325 g
- Fennel seeds - 1 g (0.5 tsp)
How to make:
- Trim the chicory and slice it finely
- Trim the top and bottom of the fennel bulb and slice finely and add to the chicory
- Chop the parsley finely and add along with the fennel seeds
- Mix the olive oil and lemon juice and pour over the salad. Serve with smoked tofu
