Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Lemon juice - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Parsley, chopped - 5 g (1 tbsp)
  • Chicory - 200 g (2 pcs)
  • Fennel - 87 g (1 cup)
  • Tofu, smoked - 325 g
  • Fennel seeds - 1 g (0.5 tsp)

How to make:

  1. Trim the chicory and slice it finely
  2. Trim the top and bottom of the fennel bulb and slice finely and add to the chicory
  3. Chop the parsley finely and add along with the fennel seeds
  4. Mix the olive oil and lemon juice and pour over the salad. Serve with smoked tofu
