Ingredients:
- Parsley - 30 g (1 cup)
- Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Onion - 50 g (0.5 whole)
- Garlic clove - 3 g (1 pcs)
- Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Tomato - 200 g (2 whole)
- Squid - 290 g
- Cauliflower - 150 g
How to make:
- Wash the squid and cut it in rings
- Peel the onion and garlic. Slice the onion in thin rings, finely chop the garlic
- Finely dice the tomato, thinly slice the cauliflower
- Chop the parsley, put a small part of it aside to drizzle the ready dish with
- Sauté the onion and garlic. Add the squid, mix together and cook for 3 minutes with onion and garlic
- Add tomato, cauliflower, chopped greens, salt and pepper to the squid. Mix well together and cook till soft - about 5-7 min
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving
