Ingredients:

  • Spinach - 120 g
  • Rye bread - 60 g
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Walnut - 24 g (6 pcs)
  • Olive oil, extra-virgin - 5 ml (1 tsp)

How to make:

  1. Steam the spinach for 3 minutes or until wilted, then place it in a strainer and squeeze out any remaining water
  2. Crush the walnuts and toast the rye bread
  3. Put the steamed spinach on the rye bread, sprinkle walnuts on top, add salt and pepper to taste and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
