Ingredients:
- Spinach - 120 g
- Rye bread - 60 g
- Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Walnut - 24 g (6 pcs)
- Olive oil, extra-virgin - 5 ml (1 tsp)
How to make:
- Steam the spinach for 3 minutes or until wilted, then place it in a strainer and squeeze out any remaining water
- Crush the walnuts and toast the rye bread
- Put the steamed spinach on the rye bread, sprinkle walnuts on top, add salt and pepper to taste and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
