Ingredients:
- Egg - 100 g (2 pcs)
- Spinach - 120 g (5 cup)
- Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Banana - 120 g
- Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Walnut - 24 g (3 whole)
How to make:
- Steam the spinach for 3 minutes or until wilted, then place it in a strainer and squeeze out any remaining water
- Poach the eggs
- Crush the walnuts
- Put the steamed spinach on the plate, place the poached eggs on top and the walnuts on the eggs, add salt and pepper to taste and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
- Eat the banana for dessert
