Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 12 ml (2.5 tsp)
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Tomato - 330 g
  • Basil leaves, fresh - 2.5 g (5 leaves)
  • Rye crispbread - 30 g (3 pcs)

How to make:

  1. Chop the tomatoes into small pieces, and mix with the finely chopped fresh basil
  2. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Spoon the tomatoes on top of the rye crispbreads and drizzle over the olive oil
