Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
- Cherry tomato - 140 g (9 pcs)
- Lemon juice - 10 ml (2 tsp)
- Potato - 180 g
- Salt and pepper - 0.6 g (2 pinch)
- Rocket - 100 g (2.5 cup)
- Tuna steak - 165 g
- Clementine - 74 g (1 whole)
How to make:
- Pat the tuna steak dry, sprinkle on a little salt and pepper, and place under a medium-high grill for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, turn the steak and return to the grill for another 5 minutes or until cooked to your liking
- If using canned tuna, drain the tuna and set aside
- Peel the potato and cut into cubes. Boil in salted water for 10 minutes or until cooked
- Put the rocket in a bowl, add the cherry tomatoes cut in halves
- In a small bowl combine the olive oil and lemon juice with some salt and pepper and pour the dressing over the salad
- Serve the tuna steak with the salad and potato
