Ingredients:
- Chili flakes - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
- Cherry tomato - 120 g (8 pcs)
- Walnut - 24 g (6 pcs)
- Apple cider vinegar - 10 ml (2 tsp)
- Watercress - 200 g
- Vegan cheese - 80 g
How to make:
- Slice the vegan cheese
- Rinse the watercress and pat dry
- Make the dressing: in a separate bowl mix the chili flakes, olive oil and apple cider vinegar with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Pour the dressing over the watercress and mix to combine
- Serve the watercress salad with the cheese and sliced cherry tomatoes, sprinkle with chopped walnuts
