Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
  • Zucchini - 50 g
  • Cream cheese - 30 g (2 tbsp)
  • Parmesan cheese - 60 g
  • Avocado - 50 g
  • Lettuce - 50 g

How to make:

  1. Cut zucchini into thin slices, coat in oil, sprinkle with salt, grill or fry on both sides for 3-4 minutes until a light golden crust)
  2. Top the zucchini with lettuce, avocado slices, cream cheese and parmesan
