Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
- Zucchini - 50 g
- Cream cheese - 30 g (2 tbsp)
- Parmesan cheese - 60 g
- Avocado - 50 g
- Lettuce - 50 g
How to make:
- Cut zucchini into thin slices, coat in oil, sprinkle with salt, grill or fry on both sides for 3-4 minutes until a light golden crust)
- Top the zucchini with lettuce, avocado slices, cream cheese and parmesan
