- Honey - 14 g (2 tsp)
- Berries of choice - 60 g
- Greek yogurt - 150 ml (1 cup)
- Cinnamon - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Flax seeds - 30 g (3 tbsp)
How to make:
- Mix the yogurt with flax seeds and berries and sprinkle the seeds and cinnamon on top. Drizzle over the honey and serve
