Ingredients:
- Egg - 100 g (2 pcs)
- Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Red pepper - 40 g (0.25 whole)
- Avocado - 70 g (0.5 whole)
- Black pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Sea salt - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Red onion, chopped - 10 g (1 tbsp)
- Pita - 45 g
How to make:
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then put in cold water to cool
- Chop the avocado and red pepper into bite-sized chunks, finely chop the red onion, and arrange in a bowl
- Peel the egg and slice in half and arrange in the bowl. Drizzle a little olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with pita
