Ingredients:

  • Red onion - 30 g (0.25 whole)
  • Olive oil - 20 ml (1.5 tbsp)
  • Lemon juice - 15 g (1 tbsp)
  • Garlic clove - 2 g (0.5 whole)
  • Cucumber - 150 g
  • Tomato - 130 g (1 whole)
  • New potato - 110 g
  • Parsley, finely chopped - 5 g (1 tbsp)
  • Tuna - 150 g
  • Chickpeas - 150 g
  • Salt and black pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)

How to make:

  1. Boil the new potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes, or until cooked. Cut into uniform pieces. Whisk together dressing ingredients in jug or jar
  2. Mix together all of the salad ingredients in a large bowl. Toss with dressing
  3. Season with pepper and extra salt if desired
