Ingredients:
- Egg - 100 g (2 whole)
- Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
- Parmesan cheese - 20 g
- Avocado - 60 g
- Chicken fillet - 60 g
- Wholegrain bread - 50 g
How to make:
- Preheat the oil in a skillet
- Beat the eggs with a fork and mix with 1 tbsp of water
- Pour the eggs into the skillet and fry until cooked, stirring constantly
- Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and fry for 5 minutes from all sides
- Cut the avocado into cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice
- When the egg cools down, put on a plate, and top with the avocado and chicken fillet
