Ingredients:

  • Olive oil - 30 ml (2 tbsp)
  • Onion - 50 g
  • Tomato - 100 g
  • Carrot - 50 g
  • Mussel, cooked - 250 g
  • Brown rice - 50 g

How to make:

  1. In a skillet or saucepan with a thick bottom, preheat the oil, simmer the finely chopped onion and carrot
  2. Add the washed rice and add water (about 130 ml). Cook with the lid on for about 10 minutes
  3. Add the mussels to the rice, mix well and cook for another 10 minutes until the rice is ready
  4. Sprinkle with herbs
  5. Serve with vegetables
