Ingredients:

  • Egg - 100 g (2 pcs)
  • Raspberry - 225 g (1.5 cup)
  • Whole-wheat bread - 40 g
  • Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
  • Avocado - 70 g (0.5 whole)
  • Orange juice - 240 ml (1 cup)

How to make:

  1. Toast wheat bread in a toaster oven for 2-3 minutes
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over low-medium heat and crack an egg into the pan. Add salt to taste. Place a lid on the pan and cook the egg for 3-4 minutes
  3. When the toast is done add the sliced avocado
  4. Place the egg on top of the avocado and enjoy
  5. Rinse raspberries for 10 seconds under cool running water, pat dry and served on the side
