Ingredients:
- Red onion - 20 g (0.3 whole)
 - Olive oil - 5 ml (1 tsp)
 - Lemon juice - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
 - Balsamic vinegar - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
 - Potato - 180 g (1 whole)
 - Salt and pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
 - Cucumber - 50 g (0.5 whole)
 - Tilapia fillet - 100 g (1 pcs)
 - Bell pepper - 50 g (0.25 whole)
 - Radish - 50 g (0.4 cup)
 - Dill - 5 g (1 tbsp)
 - Sunflower sprouts - 20 g (1 cup)
 
How to make:
- Wash tilapia, pour lemon juice, slice peeled potatoes, cover with olive oil and salt. Bake with fish in the oven for 30 minutes at 390 °F
 - Make a salad: chop pepper, cucumber, mix with sprouts, radish, season with balsamic vinegar
 - Sprinkle potatoes and fish with greens before serving
