Ingredients:
- Spinach - 50 g
- Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
- Olives - 45 g
- Salmon - 180 g
- Almond - 20 g
- Lettuce - 50 g
How to make:
- Bake salmon in the oven at 400 °F or cook on low heat in a pan for 15 minutes
- Mix together lettuce, spinach and the rest of the ingredients, drizzle oil over the salad
- Serve together as soon as the salmon is ready
