Ingredients:

  • Spinach - 50 g
  • Olive oil - 10 ml (2 tsp)
  • Olives - 45 g
  • Salmon - 180 g
  • Almond - 20 g
  • Lettuce - 50 g

How to make:

  1. Bake salmon in the oven at 400 °F or cook on low heat in a pan for 15 minutes
  2. Mix together lettuce, spinach and the rest of the ingredients, drizzle oil over the salad
  3. Serve together as soon as the salmon is ready
