Ingredients:
- Egg - 150 g (3 pcs)
- Spinach - 20 g
- Salt - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Pepper - 0.3 g (1 pinch)
- Tomato - 100 g (1 whole)
- Mixed herbs - 3 g (3 pinch)
- Broccoli - 90 g
- Potato, boiled - 135 g
- Gouda cheese - 70 g
How to make:
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl
- Prepare the vegetables, cutting the tomatoes and potatoes into cubes, the broccoli into small florets and washing the spinach
- Put all vegetables into a skillet and fry in a little oil with a splash of water
- When the broccoli has lost its rawness, transfer the vegetables into a non-stick baking dish and pour over the egg mixture
- Put slices of cheese over the egg mixture, scatter over the herbs and salt, sprinkle with oil and bake in the oven for 25 min at 360 °F
